When Tolteca’s founders emigrated from Ireland to Colorado, they fell in love with the local blend of Mexican cuisine and made it their mission to bring it to Ireland. And so, in 2011, Tolteca was born. We have continued to expertly cook high-quality and authentic Mexican recipes, through a reliable daily supply of fresh, local ingredients. Today, Tolteca tastes better than ever, and we now offer our customers that same great taste when and wherever they feel like it. Feel good flavour always.

2010

Arriving in Ireland
Our chefs combine Colorado’s Mexican recipes with fresh local ingredients. The perfect match!
2011

First Location
The first Tolteca opens in Baggot St, attracting many well-informed burrito lovers.
2013 - 15

Our family grows
Suffolk St, Rathmines and Camden St stores open to meet the growing demand from Toltecians.
2016 - 17

Our food evolves
Menu expands by customer demand with sobroso, jalapenos, Mexican rice and treats.
